Any ABers any views on staying at a Travelodge? I understand you can sleep four to a room for around fifty pounds per night, very reasonable rates. Any comments?

Always clean - not always so quiet - the city ones can be very noisy - the one at Kings Cross overlooks the platforms and trains run until about midnight and start again at 5am.
the bedding for the sofa bed is in the room and you have to make it up yourself. You can't actually sleep four people in a room, its 2 adults and 2 children (I think they have to be under 14) the sofa beds are quite short so if the person sleeping on the sofa bed/pull out bed is taller than about 5ft4 I wouldn't recommend it, I went to one last summer and slept on the sofa bed and didn't find it quite long enough (I'm just 5ft3)
