Saw an ad for the Ecocamel shower head. Supposed to be more efficient and save you money? Anyone tried it and what did you think?

Without knowing anything about it, what it is suggesting is a physical impossibility.
There is, to my way of thinking, only one way it can save you money.
It reduces the flow of hot water so a two minute shower uses less hot water. It is possible it claims to do this by producing a spray pattern that purports to be as fast or effective as an "ordinary" shower.
A dodgy claim, to say the least.
