Problem With Fridge Freezer

Hi all - wonder if anyone can solve my problem please? Last week we transported an upright fridge freezer (Bosch Classixx) - the model with a smaller frezzer compartment at the top with fridge underneath, from my Mum's house to ours. We put on a high setting at first to let it settle then switched it down to just setting 2 (quite low) We have been away for 4 days and too my horror all my salad in the salad bin has frozen in the fridge compartment also the yoghurts are solid too even on the lower shelves. There is ice formed on the back "wall" of the fridge inside, despite it being a frost free make.

Mum has this for several years and it never went wrong. It's a really immaculate fridge freezer so please don't tell me it's had it! Any suggestions please? Ta in advance!

I thought you had to let it sit for a few hours without switching it on to let it settle.
In my experience, fridge thermostats work great until you fiddle with them. Sounds like this has happened here.
These things are pathetically simple, a compressor run off a motor, controlled by a thermostat. Clearly the cold-making bit is still pretty functional, so it has to be the thermostat. A handyman could fix it and the thermostats are a few pounds to buy.
Did you lie it down to move it? If so it's probably knackered!
