I've just used my washing machine and my sheets have come out sopping wet! It obviously isn't draining properly but have no idea what it can be. I only use it 2 or 3 times a week. Any ideas what I can try before I have to call out a plumber...bear in mind I'm not very technically minded :-). TIA

Have you tried cleaning out the filter? Make sure you put a bowl under the outlet - I didn't and everything got very wet. I did cure my problem though.
I've had the problem on and off since my machine was fairly new. I just turn the control to fast spin and give it another go. Hadn't thought about the filter quizbag, will give that a try.
Agree with quiz, it's probably a blocked filter.
If you tell us the make and model we might be able to help you find the filter and the best way to clean it out.
