Hi all, does anyone know how many strips of wallpaper one roll would do. Thanks.

Hi high is the room? (or long is the ceiling?)
It also depends on the length of the roll (usually 10m/30feet) and what the pattern repeat length is.

Hi Captain 2, the wall to the picture rail (where I want the paper to) is 6 and a half feet.
You should get 3 or 4 drops per roll average size room depending on how often the pattern repeats itself
And depends on how long the roll of wallpaper is and what pattern it has on
Stopping at the picture rail will probably give you more

Thanks all, I will have a look on the roll I am thinking of buying.
For budgeting purposes then minniemoo, I would go with 3 lengths per roll
And most paper is 500mm wide
It's always best to get an extra roll too as if they sell out of the batch number that you have it is often hard to get another one with that number. A different batch may look the same when it is on the roll but will not be the same when it goes up. You should get 4 per roll for the length you say. Many stores will refund you for any spare rolls you have as long as they are not opened so check that one first as well.
