Bathroom/Tile Cleaner

Had a new bathroom.  Got lovely a4 white tiles with some nice little mosaics as a border.  The thing is the bathroom gets quite steamy (do leave window open, it's just not that big) and the shower water gets on the tiles so even if I've just cleaned them if you look at them in certain lights you'll see water marks (grr) - anyone know of a good bathroom or tile cleaner to get rid?  At the mo I'm using Cif cream cleaner (as you can use on enamel and loads say you can't) but I'm not overly impressed by it.

I wash the tiles in my bathroom down with a solution of white vinegar and water and then polish them up with a soft dry cloth.Windowlene spray is also quite good and they will shine up to a mirror like finish.

You could try using sugar soap to degrease the tiles. I think that this is best done whilst the bathroom is steamy as the heat from the steam helps with the cleaning.

Once you've got the tiles clean, polish them with MER the car polish. Just a wipe over with a cloth now and again and they will keep on looking geat  Only nee to use the polish once or twice a year. It's great for PVC window frames, too - oh. and the car as well !

I live in a hard water area, and scum stains gather in no time.   I use one of those limescale gels or sprays (lime-lite) to clean everything, and it works a treat, including on tiles
