Dishwasher Choice

Are there any dishwashers that are particularly good for a kitchen with a narrow walkway (a long narrow kitchen in a terraced house).
In other words, a dishwasher where the door doesn't open so far.
It's a normal appliance space, so the dishwasher doesn't need to be narrow.

Well, a counter-top one would reduce the space used by the opening door, because it looks like counter-top dishwashers are half the height of a standard dishwasher.
But there's no spare counter-top space. I could put a counter-top dishwasher under the counter, but there'd have to be something underneath it to lift it off the floor.
I wanted to put a dishwasher where the washing machine is, and move the washing machine to the lean-to.

Thanks for all the answers. I wouldn't put the dishwasher in the lean-to, because that would mean carrying the dirty dishes from the kitchen to the lean-to, and the clean dishes back ... besides, it gets chilly in the lean-to and I wouldn't want to stand there and get cold while loading/unloading the dishwasher. The washing machine would be used less than the dishwasher, and the laundry gets hung up in the lean-to or garden.
True, the dishwasher door wouldn't be open except when loading or unloading. I just wondered if there were any dishwasher doors that opened a bit less or were a bit shorter than others, to make sure it didn't hit the cupboards on the other side of the aisle.
