What Does She Mean?

This is the first time in a while which I've asked a question about a girl as I'm usually the one answering them. But someone said to me "you're too sweet for your own good" and I don't quite understand what she means. Hep?

oops sorry taddbeta -in that case she is perhaps suggesting you be a bit more 'assertive'. You can be assertive without being aggressive or uncaring.

no Taddbeta assertiveness is not dominance. If she is saying you are too sweet for your own good in reference to how you interact with her, then I would be worried. Can you give an example?

@Tilly2 she's meant to come over so a sent her a pic of a candle in the darkness and she said "ooh pretty candle" then I said "It's the prettiest thing in my room.. for now"

I think she may be hinting that you need to 'man up ' a bit. Sometimes some girls find overly romantic men a bit creepy or even insincere. Is she a 'girly ' girl?

A less 'sweet' version would have been to say that the candle is the hottest thing in the room, for now - at least you are steering things they way I am assuming you would want them to go! Good luck.
