Painting Bathroom Tiles

I want to repaint my bathroom tiles, but the only paint that
seem available is either white, black or red.
If I coat the tiles first with primer, can I then apply any paint?
And what about stick-on tiles?

You can't use any paint you like, if it's water based it won't stay on the tile for very long. I can't say that I've heard anyone say they were successful when painting tiles.

You can buy paint for bathroom tiles in most DIY stores and it comes in most of the colour range, I'm planning to have both bathrooms revamped this year so in 2013 I painted the tiles, one lot in a shower cubicle. I was very careful with the preparation and the results are good, despite daily use there is no cracking or chipping. One bathroom now has cornflower blue tiles and the other has mint green. I painted some avocado tiles a cream colour using Johnsons tile paint. It was quite time consuming as the directions said to paint each individual tile and not the grout but I thought the results were very good and the colour was much better. It did not peel or crack.

Theoretically, yes...... but I can't say I've ever seen any painted tiles that didn't chip eventually.

Tile over, or even plaster over are fairly easy to do.

I've used tile paint in several different colours over the years - the paint on the tiles in my kitchen only chipped if I scrubbed it really hard to remove a mark (so generall I didn't do that).

I think you can get tile paint in all sorts of colours. A few decades ago I had sky blue painted tiles in my kitchen.
