Ants - In The House (Not In Your Pants ....)
3 Answers
Hi folks, we have got a little problem with ants in our kitchen. We have been seeing the odd one bustling across our kitchen worktops over the last few weeks, and think we know where they are coming from. We think that they might have made a nest in between the cavity walls of our kitchen base cupboard units, they probably came in from the outside as the back bit of the cupboard is against the kitchen wall the other side of which is in the back garden (that clear?). Anyway, the only way to track down this nest is to completely tear down all our kitchen base unit cupboards - which of course we would prefer not to do. The other thought we had was to re-grout between the tiling and the worktop, where we think the ants are accessing the worktop area.
We're useless at mastic-ing things, so might well have to get someone in to do this, but we're still having a think about it.
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks, Chox.
