smelly shoes

What is a good way of having fresh smelling shoes (inside) without putting them in the washing machine.

After the Summer they need a bit of freshening up....

As in trainers, sorry. They are a bit whiffy.

A few drops of lemon essential oil should do the trick :-)

Sprinkle some bicarbonate of soda in them and leave it in overnight.. You can buy it from the chemist

Cat litter (honest!) - but if you've got a cat, don't leave them out or you might get a nasty surprise!
