Second viewings

Can anyone tell me what you should do to prepare for a second viewing? I had lots of good tips from ABers on first viewings for the house we are trying to sell, and they seem to have been successful as we now have 2 second viewings lined up. Do we just let them wander round the house again, or can anyone suggest alternatives? Thanks.

Try giving an alternative appeal to the change in seasons, perhaps 1st viewing showed a summer feel with windows open and sun shining through and BBq on the patio.  Now that the autumn is approaching, you could perhaps display how cosy and warm the house 'feels' at this time of year with some nice soft lighting and scented candles.  Just an idea.
