Mines decided to go belly up this morning and definitely needs replacing. Anyone got any recommendations regarding make of boiler.

I have a Glowworm but if I could afford it, I'd have a Bosch or a Worcester.
Bosch is Worcester. It's a Worcester Bosch :-)

Gorrit sorted. I've chosen a Worcester Bosch with wireless thermostat and timer. Don't think they'll be much change out of £1,500:-(

The boiler has been a creaking gate for the last couple of years. So we've been saving for its demise, Tilly.

Well, got British gas in today for a quote, they were £850-00 dearer than the local plumber! Bearing in mind that they're promoting a 20% discount on the boiler.

Getting it fitted on Friday :-) Lighting coal fires and using a watering can for a shower, soon loses the novelty effect.
I hope the Mrs is in charge of the watering can, melv ;-)
