Front Door And Frame Problem.

My front door and the frame have suddenly started creaking....lots...and it's driving me nuts.
It's a door and long window to one side.....the door only was replaced about three years ago. No idea how old the frame is but looks fine.

There is also a slight movement when I lean against it. I don't know if that's new.....don't usually lean against the door.
Do I need a builder or is there anything I can do myself?

Oh bums.......just WDfortied the lot ......... :-(........now me plastics will swell... ;-)

But I will buy some of that MrB and thank you.......can't be doing with the noise.....was like nails on a blackboard.....xx

I'm thinking it was that, Talbot....and the PVC all around the window bit.... as long as it doesn't fall out......and stays quiet I'm happy.....thank you..x

Whooooo....thank you all......although it wasn't the hinges I'd never have thought of the WD40......and I shall buy a lifetime's worth of Silicone Spray...

Believe it or not, I'm a very quiet person.....and I hate unnecessary noise.... I'm having a day in my sewing room and the noise was almost making me use sweary words...

But now....Silence is Golden!
