If The Builder Is Around? Hot Water
3 Answers
This morning ran a bath and towards the end, the hot water backed off its flow to a good trickle but way under its norm, normally if the hot water is used up, it goes tepid and then cold. Cold water okay....
The water heating is a back boiler to an Aga, then into an immersion heater.....simple and usually works well, limited in hot water though but that's managed through time of baths and showers.
Left it for 3 hours and seems ok now...could it have been a wee air bubble or something like that?
Thanks......

I had similar problem a couple of years ago, the plumber had to take out my immersion tank and drill the narrow feed line, I was told if that didn't work i'd need a new immersion tank. It has been working fine ever since. So the advice would be to get a qualified plumber to look at it. Good luck.
