Faulty Timer Switch

I have a timer switch for my boiler on the wall,the dial sort which has little blue and red slides to select times of on and off.One of these for switch off is not working so who can I get to come and fix it.I called my Home service attached to my home insurance but they won't come to it
Rang British Gas,who installed it but they won't come out cos my landlady has not took out cover inspire of my reminding her(she is away at the moment as she often is).Who can I get to come to it.???

Indeed, anyone who's got the slightest electrical knowledge could do it in a few minutes (after going to Screwfix to buy a new timer switch for a tenner). So a local handyman could do the job. (The simple replacement of existing components doesn't require a qualified electrician to do the work or to certify it as safe). It's only a matter of turning the power off, unscrewing the old switch and screwing a new one into place.
