Can You Still Buy Creosote?

My neighbour needs some for his shed, but all he can find is Creocote.Can you still buy Creosote, and if so, where would you get it from? Thanks.

don't think so....have not seen it for many years, think it may have been on EU banned lists as were many garden weedkillers etc
