Another Plumbing Question.

Would turning off the water at the mains, stop the water pressure running through the heating system. Therefore allowing me to take the radiator off the wall without water coming through the exposed pipe?

@twix that's such a stupid thing to say. It's not as if i am going around causing deliberate damage to my plumbing is it? Two of the problems that i had were caused by incompetent plumbers not knowing what they were doing, and i don't think anyone wouldn't make a claim on their insurance, regardless of the price paid. Although i've never had an accident my car insurance policies keep going up due to idiots on the road that put people at risk with their dangerous driving. If you want to have a pop at someone because you're having a bad day or life, then do it to them.
