Why would they need to be fire resistant? They are full of damp compost or soil, that's not going to burn.
CoCo is not fire resistant it's just like wood fibre.

my basket is in willow weave at mo so i thought id buy a big basket with coco mat and place mine in that as i cant transfer the whole flower bed at one go,if ya get my drift

Combustible materials would include plastic plant pots and anything made of wood such as a table & chairs or even a canvas deck chair or a rug or mat!
Are you sure you have not misunderstood?

no not misunderstood, everything you say on here eddie is combustible and at mo my flower basket is made of willow i know ive said "but its got wet soil in" but to them its wood and thats it,hence if i place it in a coca mat the wood will be covered, because we in an apartment bock since grenfell the managements running round like headless chickens

^ OK I thought it would be something like that, it is a ridiculous overreaction though. Are you allowed to read a book or a newspaper on the balcony they are both combustible, so are your clothes, perhaps they expect you to sit out in the nude on a metal chair reading a prehistoric stone tablet!

yes it is overkill . they have even said on our 1 hour burn through main door the spyhole has to have a fire proof surround .lol. oh well.
