Hi mkjuk,  shouldn't be too difficult where they are normally found they grow like weeds and you can't get rid of the b*ggers, cut them down (but leave the roots in) and look away for a few weeks and there they are again.

You should be able to buy them in garden centres, they're fairly common or you can get seeds for them.

Get a dwarf variety as the normal ones get to 15' tall...very quickly too !
you can and they make nice conservatory plants, but don't expect edible fruit
