I think it's 2kg which is far too heavy for many people to use above their heads, on bathroom tiles which it would be ideal for with the extending handle. I was sorely tempted to buy one but I don't think I'll bother. Thanks for the feedback, emmie

its rather futuristic, and is a bit heavier than i was expecting but will see when its charged what it can do.. i hope its worth the money.
It gets good reviews, not something I could afford just now.

Hope it works well Emmie.
I've ordered one too.
Question Author
mamy me too, a tad under 50 quid, with vat and delivery, but i could have got it a bit cheaper had i not been in such a hurry, as per usual.
Question Author
took me a bit to work out what goes where, there isn't much of an instruction manual.
Same one from e-bay for £27, 98.
Question Author
i know, but i picked the one that someone suggested from PC world, was in a hurry to get it so i can get the grime off my bathroom shower base.
Do let us know how you get on with it emmie.
Question Author
I will soonest as its charged, so might be this evening,
do you have to put some sort of cleaner on it, like cif, or just use it as it is..?
I would think that you have to use a cleaner with it doesn't it say in the manual?
Question Author
manual is two pages and not much info. will have another look..
Looking at some FAQ's it would appear detergent is not necessary.
Question Author
it says do not use with abrasive cleaners on any surface,
Question Author
can't say i'm impressed, its been on charge for a few hours, but have tried to get the grime off the bathroom base to no avail.
will leave it on charge for a deal longer and see if that makes it any better.
If your shower tray is enamel and quite old then it does get dull over time and holds onto staining more than porcelain or tiles would.
Spray the shower base with liquid spray cleaner then try it. Don't put too much pressure on the brush otherwise it will be too slow
Question Author
i thought this would be it so to speak, its an expensive gadget if it doesn't work... will be patient and try later. The base is only a year old, but the water marks around and base are set in, so thought this would be ideal.
Question Author
it says don't use abrasive cleaners, so i could use cif perhaps..
Ignore my reply, sorry.
Have you tried simply bleaching the shower tray, emmie?
