My aqualisa shower only allows scalding hot water to come out of the head. I cannot get it cold at all

probably the cartridge (easy to change only 4 screws after water turned off) make sure you obtain right cartridge as they vary depending on your hot & cold water ie combi, stored,or multipoint etc
