How much should I expect to pay to have shop bought 90" x 90" plain straight curtains made into pinch pleats that fan into 3 parts. I want each curtain to measure approx 36" x 2 at header (top of curtain).They are lined. Thanks.

I can't give you a price but that is a LOT of work. Unless the curtains are special or expensive, I wouldn't think it would be worth it.
It's a simple job for anyone with a sewing machine - simply remove the existing header tape, buy some pinch pleat tape, sew it on and pull up the strings to the required curtain width.
