I had an extension put on the back of my bungalow five years ago, (it came under permitted planing) can I now add another one of the same size on to it, or can you only do it once?

It isn’t simply a case of the extension itself, there are things like the mass of the whole building within the plot / conservation area / proximity to boundary.

Many thanks, my garden is almost as big as a football pitch so that's not a problem, I just wondered if I could take two bites from the permitted building cherry.
