I asked my neighbour to cut ivy from his property last year as it came through my property damaging my porch he did not do till recently and has left all the ivy in my garden. Who is responsible for disposing it. I asked my gardener to put it in rubbish bags and to put it all by neighbours bins but neighbour has moved it back to my side in front of my fence.

if you had cut it from your side then you'd have to have left it in his garden.. proper procedure.. he has cut it himself... so he has to clear it and dispose of accordingly

"What should I do with the trimmed branches?
Ironically, even though the branches belong to your neighbour, you cannot simply throw them back over his fence. That could be deemed to be fly tipping of garden waste. Advise your neighbour that you intend to burn them or take them to a recycling centre."
You are supposed to offer them back, if not wanted it's your job to dispose of them.
