Not sure if this is the best category to post this question in?
But I recently came across a lot of glasses cases and I decided to cover them in dog print fabric and sell them at a local fundraising event for a rescue centre. They were really popular, I enjoyed doing them and I have more fabric left - so I'm looking for ideas of other things that I could cover and sell for the charity. It would need to be something that I can source ideally for free, easy to cover and that dog lovers would like.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

What a great idea and well done on the fundraising.

Could you make little pouches for the doggy-doo bags that could be attached to the lead?
Old lampshades are sometimes left in skips Or can be picked up for pennies at boot sales.
, how about small bags for carrying spare poop bags , packs of notebooks from pound shops,
Boxes. Get some small boxes from your local shop and decorate them. You can keep them by the front door and use them for the lead, toys, poo bags and other doggie stuff.
Stray cats ?

Hilarious Canary!!
Thanks ummmm (I was a bit worried it would be taken seriously)
Doggie bandanas!

Toy basket xx

Ooh some great suggestions there - thanks. Especially the stray cats Canary!
How about those sturdy plastic book-marks, could they be covered with this fabric?
Phone covers
Can you do crafts like appliqué? You can buy blank canvas tote bags very cheaply for decorating yourself, if your fabric is suitable.
Ideal stocking fillers.

I'm not particularly skilled so simple is best!
Simple tote bags always go down well, and made in two sizes you get mum and daughter sales
I once bought a “covered” folder! It was surprisingly difficult for me to find a nice A4 ringbinder and I paid for a nice one covered in cath kidston material!!! So mabye some folders xx

I have only bought small squares of fabric so it would need to be small items that I can cover.
I like the idea of smallboxes, notebooks and bookmarks - hopefully I can buy them really cheaply online.
