My Antirrhinums I grew from seed last year are still green and uneffected by the hard frosts we’ve had. Would they flower again this summer. I suppose they would but would the quality of flowers be low. Thanks.

I had a couple growing through my front garden paving that did well every year for about 4 years until last March's big freeze killed them. The flowers were large and beautiful every year.
I cannot give you any personal advice but find this site a great resource.
