Tits will not seriously investigate nesting sites until February or March.

I had blue tits nesting in my box last year and they have come back! I am thrilled. My box faces west, and is just next to my patio door about 6 feet off the ground.

No, its not too late at all. I noticed The Book People have a couple of them for sale in their current book which I received yesterday.
