Placing the long edges of the tile against the longest wall (6.71m divided by 0.61m) shows that you'd need exactly 11 tiles in a row. Dividing 3.66m by 0.305m shows that you'd need exactly 12 rows. (That's amazing! I've never encountered a situation where some tile cutting wasn't required around the edges before!).
So you'd need 11 x 12 = 132 tiles. With 8 tiles in box you'd need 16½ boxes, confirming my original estimate of 17 as the number of boxes that you'd actually need to purchase.
