Depends on the type of crackling. Might it be a loose power connection ?

Does the noise start immediately when you turn the grill on .. or does it start after the grill has been on for a while ?

its starts when i turn the oven on

More than likely it will be the circulation fan which starts on ignition .. the cooling fan starts later after the grill gets warm or hot.
