Hi i signed a 36 month tenant rental agreement with a rental agency / landlord. This runs until April 2020. My circumstances have changed and i am able to get mortgage so i wish to handed in my notice.

Am i bound to the tenant for the remainder of the tenancy agreement.

i have looked at the contract and i don’t believe there is a break clause!!

Any advise would be helpful as i have my mortgage promise and wish to move forward

thanks

Ask. They usually stipulate a period of notice.

Have you found a new house and sorted a mortgage?
If there really is no Break Clause you may still be able to negotiate.
