I am trying to register with the above and it keeps stating there is an error.
This has been going on for months now.
Anyone with them successfully registered online?

I’m using an iPad so how would I do that please?

Assuming that you're using Safari as your browser . . .

Launch the "Settings" app on your iPad through the home screen.

Scroll down the menu and select "Safari".

Scroll down to the bottom of right hand panel and tap on "Clear History and Website Data".

Confirm by tapping "Clear" from the pop-up window.
