Where can I buy tape cases?

Where can I buy double audio cassette cases, such as the ones used for audio books, or comedy tapes, as they get broken, and I cannot find where to buy replacements from!

I don't know of a chain or any universal supplier but, where I live, the people who sell secondhand CDs, tapes, etc. have empty cases for sale. I have a feeling some Woolworths branches have had them in the past but I have not seen them there for quite some time. One alternative if you are totally stuck, not entirely satisfactory perhaps, is to buy cassettes (complete with cases) at car boot sales (possibly cheaper than buying empty new cases) and throw away the tapes.
