In DIY shops, can the machines mix paint to a specific RAL or Pantone number or do they only have a limited range of colours?

They have a very large range as standard,they are panting numbered so you maybe lucky. some do object match where they scan the colour from an item and match it almost exactly, worth a few phone calls to see.

Most of the DIY stores and proper paint stores have swatch cards with thousands of colours. I would have thought there would be a match for what you are looking for.

I use an independent decorators merchants and they will mix you any colour you want.
A massive saving if you like Farrow and Ball colours.
