House Alarm Problem
2 Answers
I had an alarm fitted around three years ago, and use PyronixCloud ProControl+ on my mobile, it lets me know if the alarm goes off, when I am out. However I rarely check it but this week I had a new SIM card put in my phone. Now I can’t log in to ProControl+ and although they ask for payment every year through my email, the log in won’t recognise my email. I can’t remember my password either but can’t change it as I can’t log in. I tested the alarm today, it works fine …… but not on my phone. I am not technical at all and hope someone can help me.

As I read your post, you can still access the relevant mail account, so you should be able to enter your email address on the log-in page and then click on 'Forgot Password'. That will result in a new password (or instructions for creating one) being sent to your email address.
Otherwise try an email to [email protected] or a phone call to 0333 444 1280. (Calls are charged at the same rate as those to 01 or 09o2 numbers, from both landlines and mobiles. That means that, if you're using a 'bundle' with 'included minutes', it will be free)
