It's the acid that does the cleaning (supposedly) - so any sort will do.
Better still, use a product that's designed for the job ie toilet cleaner!

Its best to use the cheapest cola you can buy, I use Happy Shopper Cola, leave it overnight and it cleans it perfectly.
