Not generally I wouldn't have thought. Just ask when he/she gives you an estimate for the decorating. They are more than likely going to ask you to move the furniture and take the curtains down !! Good luck

I imagine that most would, if they are decorating a room for a private customer. They wouldn't get much work if not. When we had it done, he was very helpful, although keen to leave the room all piled up into a heap in the middle rather than replace everything each evening. Quite understandabble, and we muddled through with tolerance and goodwill on both sides.

Yes they will if you ask for that to be included as part of the job, but do make sure you mention it rather than assume so they can allow extra time/fee.
