I've had my cleaner for about three years and have noticed that recently after I've finished using it bits are falling out of the bottom. I keep it emptied and clean the filters(horrible job), Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I have this problem too. One other place to check is behind the roller on the bottom. Mine has a panel that comes off, then I lift the roller out and the dust clogs behind it. Having said that, nothing I do stops this happening altogther.

Thanks Misky for your response, at least I know I'm not the only one! I'll have a look and see if my cleaner has the same panel to come off.
