Neat vinegar seems to get the thumbs up for dealing with the task in countless posts on the web. Denture cleaning tablets (e.g. Steradent) seem to be well up the list of suggestions too. e.g. https://www.discusscooking.com/threads/hardwater-stains-in-ceramic-bowl.87209/

Vinegar?
Is your feature indoors or out? If indoors and it worries you, then vinegar. If outdoors, then why not just live with it?
