How To Start A Garden?

what do you need to know in order to start / Create your garden.

I love planting & Gardening, however it seems to be so much more than to say im going to start a garden.

please help.

so far just a couple of seeds - tomatoes, some seeds for regular plants ..Im still sowly getting started.

lol i just dont know where to start exactly.

I dont knw if i should do only plants or fruits & veggies. ugh

You need to assess your soil, which way your space faces in relation to the sun and also your weather in order to pick the right plants. Do you want lawn and beds or pots on paving/stones etc. I get the feeling you are not in the UK. What you can grow in one country can differ a lot to others.

Drawing a plan is a good start. Decide what you want, where.

You need to decide if you a growing a little or a lot.
How big is your garden, do you want to grow in pots or the ground.
What direction does your garden face?
