Santa Ladder

Might be a bit late now but my husband so wanted a Father Christmas that climbed up a ladder for the outside of our house this year.

We tried everywhere but were met with blank looks. He set his heart on a proper cloth type one with a little black or gold rucksack on his back - not the twinkly light models or the plastic ones. I would be really grateful for any help.

Don't be silly, Santa never uses a ladder or a rucksack but a burglar would, what have you been telling him?

Just tell him to be a good boy and to wish very hard next year and you never know he might be lucky but get him an X box just in case!

They had these on the fruit stall outside Great Portland Street Station at Christmas - A light up Santa climbing a ladder.

Thank you for all your answers and I have been given a few good pointers for next year.

That's a great catalogue boobesque - shall definitely 'bookmark' that one. The Homebase near us sold very few outside ornaments, mainly lights.

It's because he's been so very good stanleyman that I said his reward would be a toy of his choice.....now he has to be good for another whole year...:-D
