Has Anyone Else Had A Bad Experience With Dyno-Rod?

I've waited in all day today from 8am-6pm and it's a no show.  It's part of a British Gas Homecare agreement.  I booked the appt a week ago for today.  It's to fix a faulty tap on the bath.  I received two texts today to say they'd let me know when they're on their way, but nothing.  Has anyone else had problems with them?  I'll have to write a letter of complaint at the least.

Dyno-Rod generally gets good reviewshttps://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.dyno.combut, like all franchise businesses, you're dependent upon the integrity of the individual franchisee that the work gets allocated to.  Some will inevitably be more reliable than others.

Phone them, it is quicker.

I use Homecare and they have always been reliable.

I've had (having) major problems with that bunch of "clowns", Homecare; but the rare occasion I've got Dyno-Rod in to do a job (direct) they've been fine.

Homecare waste of space

For once I agree with you Canary.

As for Dyno rod I dont use them, I either use my own rods or on the odd occasion they wont do it use a local drain specialist.  Cheaper, cleaner and more attentive.
