Water Hose Nozzle Stuck

I've been house sitting a family friend's home for a few months now. The nozzle on there water hose hasen't been functioning right lately so I tried to replace it but it dosen't want to come off no matter how much effort I try to remove it. https://i.imgur.com/j167bID.jpg

Have you tried some WD40?

could you cut it off and get new attachment

Use a pipe wrench on it.

Don't mess with it. It look like there is a piece missing, and they have probably forced the nozzle on. Let them sort it, it's not your problem.
