Is it possible to replace one of the bulb holders?  The other two arms are working fine with new bulbs.  Th other one looks "burned out" inside.  How do these normally come out?  Does is need a professional electrician? Any insight would be much appreciated?

Chances are that you won’t be able to replace the bulb holder if it's of a modern design, these are usually crimped into place. The older type with their brass lamp holders are a bit easier and can be repaired/replaced.

Are you sure it's the lamp holder itself, or is it just the base of a lightbulb that's jammed in?

It's the lampholder, had to get the base of the bulb out with pliers.  Other two arms function o.k. Thank you for replying
