Has anyone heard of  this company?

They claim that te conservatories are quicker to build as the have a 'unique steel base floor and wall system and can be installed in a day removing the Nedd for traditional and time-consuming foundations.' It sounds a little bit too good to be true. Full page advertisement in The Mail on Sunday.

It seems that they are a legitimate company and the reviews look very positive - see these results:https://www.google.com/search?q=Conservatoryland+scamNote: this is not a recommendation from me, as I've never heard of Conserva before.

The company's been in existence for a quarter of a century (but was known as Everseal Roofline Ltd until 7 years ago).
