You must meet a certain level of proficiency in English language (written and spoken), and show that you have sufficient funds. A years’ university course fee will be circa £9,000 plus you will have to show that you have sufficient funds to support yourself - circa £15,000 p.a. to cover accommodation, food, transport etc.
So a three year university course in the UK is likely to cost a foreign student in the order of £75,000 (start saving now).
