As well as full board: onsite medical facilities 5 days a week; shuttle bus to local towns three times a day: transport to and from off site medical facilities if required; follow up appointments on site.

yet we always hear the nhs would collapse without them and no one to look after granny in care homes, one led is to believe every migrant works in the nhs and they are dropping like flys and need to be replaced with another migrant.

This is deliberate and intentional. They feed the money laundering by working with nail bars, Turkish barbers, car washes candy stores. All doing a roaring trade with hardly any customers. All services for cash. Black economy. UK is the known hub of the world for drug money laundering. The government tax the fictitious earnings on these establishments.
