For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.gilby, all pressurised boilers have temperature and pressure relief valves fitted to them. You have one of the folliwing problems
1, boiler overheating! (relief valve opens to allow water out to prevent water boiling)
2, Pressure vessel not charged with air! (relief valve opens to allow water out to prevent over pressurising the system)
3, Relief valve fault (passing water like a dripping tap)
Any one of the above faults will result in your system losing pressure. Also, the boiler should have a pipe connected to it to release this water safely outside and not onto the floor. Keep in mind that should the fault be option 1 or 2 above this water will eject from the boiler with high pressure and high temperature.
