Have you tried ironing a tissue on the mark ?

Robert Dyas do a flash sponge - white - �1.99 and you add water and it gets rid of marks...I have tried it as sometimes get black heel marks on my wood floors, nothing seems to erase them fully but this does. You wring the sponge out so it's not soaking so hopefully it wouldn't ruin the wallpaper but prob best to check.

You could try gently heating the offending mark with a hair dryer or such-like, then dabbing the stain with some absorbant tisue. You could try others and this method on an odd scrap of wallpaper first just in case it smears and makes it worse..

Hi, hairspray will remove crayon, just spray some onto a soft white cloth and gently rub at the mark. Good Luck.
