Combi Boiler water pressure

Last year I had an extention including a new combi boiler replacing the old conventional boiler/hot water tank.

Unfortunately a Mira shower in the old part of the house cannot cope with the higher water pressure.

Do I have to replace the shower unit or is there another way to solve the problem?
